At BETAFPV, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their high-performance drones and components, offering a 30-day return window for items in original condition. Please note that products showing signs of flight damage or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for standard returns.

Return Process

  Submit a Support Ticket

  Contact our customer service team through the support portal with your order number and a clear explanation for the return.

  Technical Assessment

  Provide photos or videos of the product to help our technicians verify the condition and troubleshoot any potential firmware issues.

• 3.
  Ship the Item Back

  Once your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is approved, securely package the item with all original accessories and ship it to our designated warehouse.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
